I shot some '43 headstamp .45ACP a few months back, 350rds, all went bang! So if it's military ball, I'd say 60+ easily depending on storage conditions.

Ammo cans. Or use something like a Food Saver, put them in boxes, then put htem in the plastic bag and seal it. Things that kill ammo: 1. Moisture 2. Temp changes |

it's all about storage. it you keep it in cardboard boxes in your garage, probably not too long, but in sealed ammo cans with dessicant.... it'll probably out live you

I have reloads [38spl] loaded in the 60s that shot fine. USGI .45 match ammo from the 60s that still kick but in accuracy dept.

less than a week. Send any ammo older than that to me for proper disposal...it's for the children.
