One of my teeth is fucking killing me right now. Not only that but it's(the pain) gone up to my ear and I have a fucking splitting headache too. Every now and then it makes me feel like I want to fucking puke. I was fine 20mins ago. Now I feel like total fucking shit and I have 5 more hours left on a 12hour shift.

I get what I think is a tooth ache, but it is my sinus swelled putting pressure on a nerve on the top of jaw area, went to dentist, they X-rayed it and showed me.

most likely a very good idea to see a doc asap

If it's your upper jaw, probably a sinus infection. One particular tooth, see a dentist.

Nope nothing like that.

As to sinus thing, nope not sinuses that I know, I have enough sinus problems that I know when those pop up. This started in a tooth way back in the mouth. I'm thinking maybe I cracked the damn thing the other day. But then again if I did why the hell did it not hurt till them?

I had a sinus infection so bad that it was causing a tooth to actually be forced from its socket. The pain was as you described. A cycle of antibiotics killed it in a couple of days. Until then it was huge doses of Ibuprofen to kill the pain (for a while). Damn near starved to death cause ANYTHING in my mouth could trigger it. Fine one second, on the floor in a fetal position crying the next.

Makes me a bit sick to even remember it now.
