...refuses to sell parts kits to me because I'm under 21. Not only parts kits do they refuse to sell, they flat out refuse to sell anything to me because of my age.


It's a shame they don't want my money.



Just thought you'd all like to know that if you're under 21, this company does not want your business.

walrus, I specifically asked if it was just the parts kits I couldn't buy, or if it was everything. They told me, in no uncertain terms, that I couldn't buy a thing from them.

Some items on this site require proof of age over 21 years old. Before your order will be processed, you will be required to agree to a statement that you are 21 years or older and that there are no local laws prohibiting the purchase of that item. If you do not agree, we cannot process the order.

they are 45 minutes from me.  i have no problem with their rules

Have your parents,an uncle or an older friend buy it for you maybe.... ? It's a parts kit so I don't see anything illegal with that.

I have ordered several things from them and always been pleased, if you don't like their rules work around them or go somewhere else. I can't really remember having to provide any proof of age when buying Ak parts kits in the past from a number of different vendors.

Even if it was technically a firearm, he could probably still have his parents buy it for him. ATF "straw purchase" laws state that parents/guardians can buy "gifts" for their dependants.
