I re-enlisted on the USS Bowfin. Which is about 30 feet away from the memorial.

I've been to Pearl Harbor. It is indeed a moving experience. It gladdens me to know we have a history of such good men and women, who would stand up to any evil.
And it saddens me to see how far we have fallen.
