Had the Pinewood Derby yesterday....Cole (my son) took 2nd in his age group and gets to go to the regionals in 2 weeks....I forgot how much fun this stuff is.
Update: Finished forth at regionals....One out of the trophies But we did win "Best In Show" and he got a cool trophy. On the starting line  Side View  The lineup  Cole and his #9 Kasey Khane Dodge  |

Looks like a fine job on the car.
Did he win?  Edited to say that I re-read and see he won 2nd place. Great job. |

Yea, the car turned out good...I just wish he would have got first...Got three weeks to test and improve though.....

I always think the dads have more fun then the kids.
I remember the pine wood derby with my dad. Fun stuff. |
