Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Gemtech LE Only on some models?

I am thinking about SBRing my rifle and suppressing it. I have heard many good things about Gemtech and was leaning that way until I noticed they only sell the suppressor for the .50 to LE only. Is it a law? or are they just jackasses (aside from excellent products). If its the the latter then I think I want to spend my money with another bran but dang I am really liking the G5.

If they are under pressure legally to restrict it to LE only? Or is it some BS stunt?

Other then Gemtech who makes a good suppressor?

Check out SWR.  I've been really impressed with their stuff and thier customer service is fantastic.
