That's right kids! I'm goin' on Friday and any AR15.commers that wanna hook up at say 2:00 p.m., I'll buy a round. I'll be the kid(28 year old, but I still feel like a kid) at the front entrance of the show wearing the bright orange G.I. Joe shirt. Be there by 2:15 or miss out! Pthfndr, you still comin'? 5150BRY?

Yep I will be there. Hope to be there between 10 and 11. I'll have on an AR15.com T. I'll keep an eye out for you. Wonder if they can page in the room? How about meet at the bar between the big and small rooms between 2-2:15.

FREE BEER!?!?!? You bet! I'll try to hook up with you guys at the bar ~1400. Orange GI Joe and AR15.COM shirts should be pretty easy to find. I'll be the big, fat, hairy guy with a huge smile and a new Pattern 14 Enfield over his shoulder.

met my wife in reno and used to go and do the shows up there. from my experience you can walk threw with your weapons to the show but can't stop to drink or play with weapons showing on the casino floor. was even kicked out of the sportsbook a couple of times and only had a case of ammo at my feet.
the shows was ok and fun to go to.
how can you beat guns, booze and gambling all in the same place.
have fun guys throw a couple of bones done the crap table for me. jon

You know, if the wind picks up again and they don't totally contain that fire up at Emigrant Gap, I'm thinking 80 will be closed and we'll be screwed. I'd hate to have to take 50. Anyone know what the situation is with 80?

Tonights news said one lane of 80 was still closed. I think the fire was 40% contained. Probably okay by Friday, but you should call 1(800)427-ROAD, that's the Cal Trans road info hotline.

Myself and a couple others will be driving up Saturday morning from the Bay Area. Keep your eye out for the tall guy with the AR15.com shirt and an Oakland A's hat.

I'm still not sure yet.
This is my first three nights off in quite a while. Have lots to do around here.
Work on truck to take me out shooting tomorrow.
Remake my dog box (lion season is coming) and catch the horse for the wife.
I hope to go but I'm still not sure.
55 miles of dirt road (perpetual flats)and 210 total miles ( I think). We'll have to see.....
