BAGHDAD (Reuters) - U.S. military operations in the province of Anbar, west of Baghdad, have resulted in the capture of 61 members of al Qaeda in     Iraq, Major General Rick Lynch, a U.S. military spokesman, said on Thursday.

Bomb making equipment, weapons and munitions were seized in the raids on the training and bomb making facility in an area 50 km (30 miles) northeast of Falluja, Lynch said.

Some of al Qaeda in Iraq's "critical facilitators" were included in the 61 people captured, he said.

In spite of the panicked reporting by the western media, it looks more and more like this was another failure.  Just like the Election time campaign.

Wont stop them from trying again and again.

Iraq is going to have to live with terrorism untill Iran and Syria also have regime change.

The 9/11 report, the holy bible of liberal Bush bashing, said there was no connection so there was none.  Feel secure in the knowledge that this was only a side-show to take the spotlight off the "port-gate" scandal!!!!

61 prisoners, eh?

Good.

Wring them out for all the accurate information you can get (I don't care how), and when done, one to the bridge of the nose.
