Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Suggest a good IR flashlight

Anyone own a quality (bright) IR flashlight? I'm looking to use it with a NVD so the smaller it is the better but, not to the point of sacrificing the output. The less it costs the better, as long as it meets my needs.

Anyone know of other IR sources besides LEDs? Good brands, bad brands?
