I am deployed, and getting shafted. Need something in MCM and AR 27-10 explained to me. Not getting any help from TDS or SJA here.

You won't get any help from the SJA.  They are the commander's counsel (i.e., the "DA").  TDS is the equivalent of the Public Defender.
