The House voted overwhelmingly Thursday to yank violent video games out of the hands of minors and punish as felons adults who provide such entertainment to children.


WTF.

So you will lose you righ to keep and bear arms, along with alot more just for giving your child a "violent video game."

Thats some fucked up bullshit right there.

I wonder what constitutes a 'violent video game'.  Are they going by the ESRB rating and anything in the 17+ category is verbotten?

I hadn't heard of any, but do any of ya'll know of any states that make it a misdemenor or felony (shudder) to sell a rated R or above movie to those under 17?

They feel that the seriousness of the problem warrants that level of response. Did you make YOUR opinion on the matter known during the bills progress thru the approval process?
