If she likes the fruit beers, have her try Floris.  They have at least half a dozen different flavors, including Floris Framboise (IMHO much better than the one in the picture you posted, which I've also had).  The passionfruit is pretty good.  Not so sure about their cherry flavor ("Kriek").

Where do you buy it?

Er, well, I get it at Cafe Odeon and Cafe Bastille near Shi-Da, just off the Taipower and Gongguan MRT stops respectively.  But I doubt these would do you much good.

I'd suggest calling any of the specialty beer shops in the Seattle/Bellevue area that are frequented by the microbrew crowd.  I don't know how big the beer craze got in Spokane, but there's probably at least one shop over there which would carry them as well.

Try Trader Joe's.
I used to get cherry Lambic every new years there.
Not sure what kind it is though.

Lambic beer was my fravorite part of visiting Belgium - I brought a bunch of cans back only to discover it's sold in the US (though you really have to look).  I've got 5 or 6 bottles like that waiting for me to come back to the US.

IF you don't carbonate it, it takes about a month to age & naturally carbonate due to the addition of corn(?) sugar just before bottling.  You probably don't want to drink beer older than 6 months or a year, at most.
