Winamp.

Simple, customize with plugins as you see fit, free.

All others are bloat/crapware comparitively.

Good directory structure is what I use. While a fancy software program is nice, if you organize them well in folders you really dont need anything else.

+1, that's true too.

My directory's go by album, genre or exported playlist for convenience.
