I am looking for a good paddle holster. Something that it more comfortable to wear around the house and other times when I don't the deep comcealment of an IWB holster.

Probably want kydex, but leather is an option.

Is that the one that can break off if you push down on it hard enough?

I've owned a couple of G-Code holsters and really like them:

ETA: I still own a G-Code for my Glock 39, but by far, prefer my Milt Sparks VM2 for CCW carry.

I started off with a Fobus and then switched to a BladeTech for my Para Ordnance C7 .45 LDA. The BladeTech holster is quite a bit more solid feeling than the Fobus. I recently picked up a Sig P220R and for that I got a Blackhawk CQC carbon fiber paddle holster. So far, the Blackhawk works pretty well. It is the standard model without the active locking system.

I hate the way Fobus mark up guns, I like my Blackhawk Serpa holsters.

"Good paddle holster" is an oxymoron.

+1 on the G-Code.  You may also look at Blade-Tech.
