I would think it would be on CSPAN or CSPAN2, The streaming link on the website is a realplayer stream.

No... They are trying to determine how to best end private ownership of firearms by US citizens. They are discussing why this tactic didn't work, and how best to override the constitution in the future. |

Already happened. They've had nasty things said about them and their tactics before in Congress. Official reports and such. Nothing ever comes of it. |

according to the filed testimony, ATF is asserting that sending someone to your house (or to a neighbor's) to confirm residency is perfectly proper. Here's a link (look at pages 9-10): LINK

Yeah... but that'd be dangerous and stuff. Much easier to set up entrapment schemes and go after those law abiding types. |

Ha! I just read that link and the whole time I'm thinking SO WHAT! It doesn't matter if you followed best practices or not, it doesn't matter if you were succesful in catching criminals, the question is of the legality of the operation. And they never once even hinted at defending the legality of their actions! |
