This is the National Review and the author is Andrew C. McCarthy, who is a pretty conservative Bush supporter, staunch Republican, and all around good guy.  He has almost the same issues with the deal as I do, although he spends a lot of the article hammering Hillary Clinton (never a bad thing).

He could have also discussed the central role the UAE plays in white slavery, prostitution, not just money laundering but Iranian money laundering, but overall a reasonable summary from a conservative (and very, very sharp commentator).
