I deleted the rest of the bill's legal lingo. It is SENATE BILL NO. 1401.

(7) During the continuance of any state of disaster emergency, neither
the governor nor any agency of any governmental entity or political subdivi-
sion of the state shall impose restrictions on the lawful possession, trans-
fer, sale, transport, storage, display or use of firearms or ammunition.

This bill, if passed, would "re-establish the right of the people to lawfully keep and bear
arms in times of a continued state of disaster."

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

I thought this was covered a few hundred years ago.
Sad this type of bill is needed at all.

What irritates me is the only places that will pass such are bills are places where it is very unlkely it would happen anyway
