If he/she left them in their will to a family member how does that work? or what if they werent in the will?

My buddy threw them in a dumpster when his dad died.


But I think they were all "off the books" (illegal) anyway.


He was too worried about his security clearance to bother finding out.

If they're left in a will to a family member WITH THE SERIAL NUMBER, the transfer is free.

What if you can't find the original paperwork ? The guy has a registered DeWaT,( De-activated war trophy ) passes away and the family cannot find the original war bring back paperwork. Is that searchable in the Feds database ?

Well if you can't find the paper work now I wouldn't involve any government entities in the situation.

I believe the COC has rules against inciting riots on ARFcom, fight4yourrights.
