The two main parties are actually subcomittees of a larger shadow party. They must be true because the government's program of confiscate tax and spend seems to go merrily along no matter who is in charge.

I don't think I fit into any category...
I believe in the womans right to choose,men should stay out of it. Strict conservation of our forests. ALL government is corrupt. Since alcohol is legal,Marijuana should be also.If not,ban them both.(I don't smoke pot FWIW) The ACLU is Satan's underlings. War is a necessary evil. Law abiding citizens should be able to purchase any weapons they want,without tax stamps. So,classify me

Only a politically naive neophite asks/posts these sort of stupid questions/polls.
The "High Cabal" as Winston Churchill referred to "them" or the "power-elite" as other call 'em use political parties to divide the sheeple and only rarely do the final two presidential choices not come pre-owned by the CFR. In those instances you will generally find an Independent in the race simply to draw votes away from choice the CFR opposes. I am a republican. I feel Democrats and Republicans are two sides of the same coin; and Republicans of today are the Democrats of the 1930s and 40s. As a republican, I vote Republican as an expedient - referring to the Milton Friedman comment that he was a libertarian (small l) but Voted Republican (capital R) as an expedient.

I registered "REPUBLICAN", but, I consider myself a DEMOCRAT of OLD, it just so happens to be that REPUBLICANS now closely hold the same values that I hold where as the DEMOCRATS of NOW do NOT.

I'm a fiscal Republican. I want smaller government, and less spending. I don't want unreasonable restrictions on business. I don't want gun control.
Social issues..........I can be moderate. I don't believe government should have a say in abortions.(which I consider a conservative trait) I believe some people have legitimate needs due to no fault of their own, and it is not always bad to help them. I also believe that the needs of these people are sometimes so great that it opens the door for some people to abuse the system. I believe these abusers should be punished to the max, including prision. (again I consider that a conservative trait) I don't believe that the money we spend on the war on drugs is a prudent expenditure. I truly believe this country would be better off without the drug addicts, but I don't think that jail is a deterent. I think that this is pretty well a proven fact. I also have a real problem with the laws that allow the police to sieze real property without due process. ^^^^^What does that make me? Oh yeah, I don't think firemen should watch fires burn! I understand that makes me liberal.

Same here. Be nice if we had a small Republican govt. . I used to be a liberal Democrat until I bought a gun in 1997. Then I found all the Dem. crap about guns was utter lies. And I began to wonder, "What else are they telling me is lies?" Answer: most of it. Then I was a registered Libertarian. Until 9/12/2001. Now firmly a Republican, although not always happy with them. Rs in our state would be Dems anywhere else. |
