It's probably some type of red-dot/reflex sight. See the G36's integrated optics.
It's apparently ALL THE RAGE in Europe  the P90/PS90 uses one. |

Are you referring to the Insights red-dot with IR laser and white light? The one that if it becomes available to civ's without the IR will cost around $1000.

I heard the P90's USG sight (same sight as regular P90 sight but with black reticle) sells for $500-$700. The Euro-trash reflex sights are overpriced IMHO.

I didn't think the SG556 prototypes from Shot had an included optic.

Didn't some of the guys at HKPro who bought sights like that for their G36 clones have problems with it fogging up?

Tomislav's link shows the Insight Tech. sight. Sig had various optics on the rifles at SHOT.
