how many hours of  sleep a night you all get?

If I dont get like at least 8, its imposible it seems for me to get my ass out of bed

Hard to say, because I never sleep more than one hour without waking up.  Lately I've been going to bed about 1am and getting up about 9am. Lots of awake time in there though.

Just read a report done by the Journal of Medison or something like that and it found that people need closer to 10 hours a night to be 100%.

What he said.  On a good night.

About once a month, I have a lost day.  I sleep all day.  I guess my body gives up and just crashes.

If I get more than 8, I'm more tired than if I got less than 5. Too much sleep makes me lazy and I just don't want to ever get up.

My normal is 6-8 hours. 5 and a half used to be optimal, but I've gotten lazy.

Sounds about right. Once you have a baby in the house, don't plan on getting a full night's sleep for about 2 years.

Avg = 6.  I notice that this lack of sleep is catching up with me the older I get.  I need @ 8 hours.

6-7 depends on when the dog needs to go out. Hard to sleep after she's done and she let's you know it's play time.
