Not really funny, and a bad photoshop. There are less than 10 artists in the world that are good enough to do that. And they'd charge over $1000 dollars for any work like that. Not to mention, none of them would do ink that stupid.

That's NOT a photoshop. That is a sleeve attached to the tee shirt that makes you 'appear' to be a heavily tattooed bad ass. Sold through Sportmans Guide. They have different designs available if you don't like Koi Bad Ass design  Celtic design
