brand new S&W 686 .357 with 8 3/8 barrell
REVOLVER.... biggest POS I ever owned!!
From the first shot the spent shells would stick in the Cylinder & you had to smack the gun on the shooting table to hammer them out!!! When I took it in I was asked if I had the recall done. I don't remember what the recall was but it was off to S & W... Trigger problem??
Got the gun back ok, but double action trigger was DANGEROUS, I swear a couple of times it fired before I touched the trigger!! Unloaded I could cock the hammer & rap my knuckles on the handgrip & the hammer would fall!!!
Back to the gunshop, the owner (The Powder Room, Dublin, Ohio) told me it was an easy fix & offered me full price trade in on another gun, without hesisatation I pointed at the 1911 I had been eyeballing for weeks & said "sold"
