johnsonville beer brats.

take 1 green pepper and one white onion. chop into 1/2" x 2" pieces.  simmer with 1tbsp garlic and a chunk of butter along with 2 cans of your favorite light colored beer.

take the brats and sear until they are brown on both sides but not cooked.  drop them into the beer bath and simmer for 1/2 hour

serve with some spicy mustard

You're welcome to come up and have pheasant breast with sherried demi, mini polenta cakes and haricot vert.  Dessert tonite is almond tuiles with fresh berries and marsala sabayon.  Dinner is ready at 8, I'll make sure to pack a doggy bag too.
