Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - I'm taking a two week hiatus from AR15.com

Well, an imposed hiatus, anyway.  Not by choice.

I'm heading to Ft Jackson, SC in a few minutes for BNCOC, which is the Basic Non-Comissioned Officer's Course, a requirement for all SSG and SGT(P) in the Army, Guard, and Reserves.  Should be a very positive learning and leading experience.  

See you guys when I return.

This is Phase I.  Phase II, which is MOS-specific will be in my home state at some point.  I did a 15-day PLDC at this same training center back in 2002 and it was probably the most positive learning experience of my military career to this point.  Chock full of good information and training.  Great instructors and a fast-paced curriculum.
