Got dogs. There have been recent outbreaks of problem barking and other acting out. Are there any bark-activated shock collars that can be remotely activated also? Anything that won't break the bank or am I going to be shelling out for these?

you looking at about $200 for the good ones...

most pet stores have these (big stores like petco and pet supermarket)

they're usually in a locked display case.  ask one of the employees about it.  They're not tough to find, and are not REALLY expensive
