Honestly, I think that the pit needs to be brought back. It was an area for us to let our hair down. Just because some people with thin skin were offended by what was happening doesn't mean that the rest of us shouldn't be able to still partake.
Lesson #1 in life. If it's not for you, then don't do it. Don't tell the ones who like it that they cant because you don't agree....just don't do it. Sheesh! |

The problem was the cesspool that was the pit spilled over into GD and other forums. Internet toughguys would evelate the rhetoric on other boards in order to 'move it into the pit' like it's some kind of badge of honor instead of being able to control themselves. |
