Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Should I bother the parts supplier I ordered from?

Ordered a Upper about 2 weeks ago it was suppose to be shipped monday, they haven't charged my credit card yet so should I assume it hasn't been shipped?

I need to be home to sign for it because of its cost so that why I was hoping to know when it would be arriving?

Should I bother them again or just wait? I dont want to be a pain in the ass...

Most people do not mind a telephone call as long as you are nice about it.  I usually don't hesitate to call and check on something if it hasn't arrived when expected but I always try to be very polite and understanding as I realize shit happens.

I'd give em a ring just to make sure "it didn't get lost in the mail"
