there is a simulator out there that teaches how to use mildot sights and adjsut windage, elevation, etc...I cannot remember where I saw it, but they have a demo you can play online...and of course purchase - "Mildot Trainer?"

It wasn't nearly accurate enough to be considered real training, but I always found the sniper rifle in the "Delta Force" series of games to be pretty damned FUN!
