Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Email problem help please

A friend has a laptop with XP pro sp2 and office somewhere in outlook 2000 there is a setting wrong and we can't find it.

When he sends an Email with a jpeg inserted all I recieve is an email with a  winmail.dat file.

any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Duh. Who wooda thunk it.  


Thanks for the big save. Fixed the problem turned out that he had the format set to RTF we changed it back to HTML all is well.
