looks locally produced. You can probably get a little closer to dating it by chasing down when the APO 403 was the address. Of course that might be from between the end of WW2 and the beginning of zip codes.

PaDanby is right on target. An official document would have a FM or TM ID number. Many local SSOs published this kind of book to support the Soviet Military Orientation course they conducted. I took mine at Ft Devens years ago and have a habdbook much like this one. Not worth much today. |
