Shucks. I was going to try to make a joke about my porno collection. Probably 3-4 times a year. And I think there's technically dwarves as well as midgets, depending on the medical reasons. I used to work with a dwarf. If you don't mind my asking, why? That's an odd question. |

I worded that way to head off the obvious midget porno jokes  Why I asked the question: I realized that I've seen maybe 2 or 3 'little people' in the past five years. Nothing against them at all. But from watching documentaries about them there always seemed like there would be more of them out and about in the world, and I was wondering if people actually had the same experience. |

When I worked at a stop-n-rob (~15 yrs ago) we had a regular customer who was a dwarf. Nice guy, used to stop & get coffee at least a couple of times a week. Not real short, he wasn't too much under 5'.
A while back I saw three at the Borders bookstore. But they were all together as a group. Used to date a girl who was 4'11" or so....but she wasn't a dwarf, just a spinner. Buddy of mine ended up meeting a dwarf chick on a semi-blind date (online singles deal). Funny thing was he's slighty -phobic about little people. I've sent him Bridget The Midget pron pix just to fvck with him.

I saw one at the range once. I saw someone getting out of a car and I thought it was a little kid. Then he came up to the line and I noticed that he was a dwarf!

There was a man and girl pair the other day at Pizza Hut. One of the bands I was in had a little guy play bass with us for awhile. He was pretty cool. Years ago we had one that used to go party with my friends and I pretty often.

My local grocery store has Filipino midget cashier. It carries around its own little wooden box to stand on so it can reach the register.
Its arms and legs are not out of proportion like a regular midget so I dont think it has actual Midgetitis. I think its just really short, maybe has stunted growth or something. On my way to work each morning, I pass a midget with great big head driving the other direction. I'm not sure how it reaches the pedals. |

Very rarely on an average day, but I had a weird experience with this in Iraq.
One of our regular destinations there for a while was the Kurdish city of Irbil/Arbil/Erbil (sp?), and we regularly saw midgets there. In fact, as we found out once, there is a village on the road between Kirkuk and Irbil that is predominantly populated by midgets, albinos and midget albinos. Something in the water? I don't know, but I stuck to the gatorade we brought with us. |

I'm still curious, do any of these people shoot, and what do they use?
Seems like a dwarf could argue in court under the ADA that the ATF/federal rifle length minimums are too long for them, and would be an easy win. SBR's for everyone!!! ~ |
