whats the best way to remove rust from stainless steel?

Ditto on the Flitz, it also has some chemicals to prevent the rust from returning.

Aluminum brightner acid.

I make the shit, trust me it is the ticket.

Look in you phone book under pressure washer distributors and call around until you find one that has some.
