This would be an infringement on the First Amendment in more ways than one. I'd rather have rights and war than partial rights and less war. But in reality the war will continue anyways.

Terrorist training camps should be regulated.    Not allowing immigration from enemy states would be nice too.

Well I would agree if they move on to IED building and military type training, but I would rather have my freedom and fight terrorists as the present themselves. I would be completely for closing off all immigration though.
