If you really want to know, theres an informative thread about one members views on headsets and such. Garandman I think. Dont have search available yet so maybe someone can help you out.

Plantronics Explorer 320 is the one 'headset' that I keep hearing raves about form a variety of people who are on their second or third (or more) device. Everybody is different, but this one everybody seems to love, and the price wasn't bad, about $50.

Now thats what I call an informative response !

I am thinking Motorola RAZR v3 or the LG 8100. Maybe the Samsung SCH-A950..... I was looking to get the Bluetrek G3 but I can't find anyone that has one to ask if they liked it.

  Any information is greatly appreciated.

I can't comment on the headsets, but I have a RAZR, and I dig it.  It's a good PHONE.  It's not much more than that, but it's a good PHONE.

I bet coupled with a good headset, you could just leave it in your pocket and answer calls easily.  I dig that I can drop the phone into my pocket and I hardly know it's there.

I've got a RAZR phone too and really do like it. I bought a Jabra behind the ear type Bluetooth adapter and it is excellent. It works grat with the RAZR phone. The website below is where I bought mine, and it has some real good deals on other cell accessories too. Just a site I stumbled across searching for Bluetooth stuff.
