I bought a Mathews Switchback XT myself 5 weeks ago. I haven't gotten around to setting it up yet, as I still have my other bow to shoot. As for accessories, I think I'm going to go with the Trophy Ridge Guide Series sight, Trophy Ridge Drop Zone rest, and Sims S-Coil stabilizer.
If I wasn't on 21K dial-up, I'd be able to see how yours is set up.

Very nice.
I'm on a budget, so I play with a Bear Whitetail. Those cams are huge, what's the let off? What's the whole set up weigh? Do you like having a shitload of sight pins? I prefer just a couple, and holding over for in between distances. |

I have a bear whitetail as well. I'm not sure of the weight, but is seems comparable to the whitetail. I have always had 2 up to 3 pins, I decided to go with the 5 pin setup for longer shots if I ever go elk hunting before I die. The letoff is 80% as someone else said. My previous bow, (after the whitetail) was a Pearson Spoilerr running at 85 lbs. Quick, but the switchback is so qucik and quiet it is astounding. |

Don't listen to these other guys. They are legal in CA as long as the stabilizer is removed and your quiver can't accept more than 4 arrows. BTW....nice bow |

very cool is that a holo-sight? and the other thing, is that a laser pointer? or the backup plasma rifle in 40W range? actually, I don't know much about bows  is that the bow version of a peep sight with elevation marks? and the other is a counterbalance(?) dan |

I thought I had a decent bow, decent power, accuracy etc. Went to a range and a guy had a Mathews bow.....it was the same feeling as the time I was with a bunch of class III guys at a shoot and all I had was an Armalite ar180b......

Actually, the front site has all the pins in it. It is in the round housing, you can see it in the picture with Team Primos on it. You move the pins up/down for elevation. The peep (rear) sight is in the string. You can see it in the first pic, kind of a small aangled item in the string. You can see it better in the 3rd pic on the left. |

Yes, they are in the first picture, wrapped around the string. There are two there, as I was seeing which one I liked with the new bow. One lookes like this:  It wraps around your right wrist, and the string on the end wraps around the bowstring. It has a trigger release on it, so you just squeeze it just like rifle shooting. |
