Stepdads maintanence shop. He's the Maintanence supervisor for the apartment complex and gets a lot of free gifts

In regards to the first pic, the Persians were an outside nation trying to punish the Greeks for desecretion of temples. The Spartans at Thermopylae also were led to their demise by a suicidal king who was told by the oracle that a Spartan king was to die to preserve their country. So, not too sure how that whole situation applies to us in America.
