About 4 inches above and 3 inches to the left of my belly button hurts like f**k, feels like Ive been shot. Ate allot of hot sauce would that cause it?

I would take a couple of tylenol and see how you feel in the morning. If it still hurts like hell then you might consider a trip to the ER. Have you engaged in any activity in which you could have pulled a muscle in that area?
