NWS, NOAA and NHC say a La Nina' has formed which will extend the major trend of hurricane numbers this year.

So, June 1st be ready.

I heard Allstate or Farmers or some insurance company was cutting back on who they would insure around NY and RI.  Too big a risk for a payout beyond anything else before it - even NO.
