I just noticed we have a 'whofan' on the board, in addition to 'kissfan' and 'cheaptrickfan'.

So for everyone that has a screen name that comes from a band or a song, post here for everyone to see.

Hopefully it can devolve into a giant pissing match about which band / song does / doesn't suck

Tim Stack and Howard Stern were trying to do a re-make of that movie.

With 3/4 of the original Ramones dead it'd be kinda hard (though the drummer in the movie is Marky instead of the #1 drummer Tommy).  The only ones left are Tommy, Marky, Ritchie (drummers #1,2,3) & C.J. (2nd bassist).  Any other band & it's a different movie.
There was a very lame sequel made in '90 starring Corey Feldman.....  It did have Mary Waronov..who was also in Devil's Rejects (which I haven't seen yet..).

Maybe I better rephrase that:

How about obscure references on the album liner notes of not-so-obscure Canadian rock bands that have some semblance of musical talent?

I dunno haha, I just like the symbology of rust.
