Anyone besides me save their coins for a while, wait until they get a lot, cash them in, and then go splurge on something?

About how much change do you have? What's the most you ever had just in coins?

Right now I would say I have about $100. Taken me about a year, or so, to accumulate this much. I hate paying with cash.

Great idea. I think I am going to start using a 5 gallon bucket as my new piggy bank and wait until it's full to cash her in. Probably going to take a long while.

I have a huge Moosehead beer bottle. I get her about 1/2 full of change and then use it on vacation. It usually gets to about 200 bucks or so. Right now I'm guessing 125 or so.

If it's plastic your ok.  I had the same thing but it was a glass one.

It was about half full of coins and as I was sitting near by it exploded.

It couldn't take the pressure of the coins pushing outward.  Glass and money

in a pile on the floor!!

Now I use a wooden tub and the ashtray in my truck.
