Frau Quib made burgers the other night so I heated one up in the microwave with a couple slices of Jalapeño cheese then added the typical mustard, catsup, pickles, onion. Also had a hand full of potatoe chips. Oh....and three cups of Liptons Black Tea.
Raisin Nut Bran. I've been going strong with this cereal for a few months now. I usually have 2-3 boxes on the shelf at any given time.
Before that it was Oatmeal Crisp. |
Not black n' bitter? |
We know. Real cops don't eat cream filled donuts. |
+1 Shin Ramyun w/ham & cheese. No eggs here in the shop... yet. |
Weekdays: Bowl of cereal and mug of coffee. Today it was Kroger brand cocoa puffs.
Weekends: Usually Mrs. Macman37 makes me some scrambled eggs w/salsa and sausage or something with it. |
+1 the breakfast of Champions with coffee thought. I make the coffee and the wife makes the toast. |
This morning I had 2 frosted Cherry Pop Tarts.
Usually I will fix a omelet with cheese and some kind of cooked pig product, glass of OJ and 1/2 of an apple. |
Including but not limited to: pizza, sloppy joes, macaroni, salad, pizza rolls, spagetti-o's, ravioli, you name it.
Cereal during the week, pancakes, waffles, bacon and eggs, or muffins on the weekend.
Usually what ever leftovers I have from the day before. Sometimes oatmeal or frosted mini wheats.
During the week, I have cereal , at 9:30. Until then I have black coffee from Mc Donalds. I love their coffee. On the weekends I have Bacon, toast and Eggs at 12:00 with my wife. Until Noon I drink coffee and do chores or hobbies. I should eat more, smaller meals at regular times but I get busy and forget about it. Need to get on a workout program before summer to loose some tonnage.

Lately, now that my blood sugar has decided to be an issue (or maybe it was my all sugar, all the time diet),
- 1.5 cups of Total, wet with milk. - 8 oz OJ - coffee or - 1 cup raisin bran, - 8 oz OJ - coffee I told the dietician that I wasn't going to give up orange juice. |
I also like my coffee like I like my women.... Ground up and in the freezer. |
This morning, Golden Gharams, Weekends, usually biscuitsand gravy
1 package of quaker instant oatmeal, maple and brown sugar version. then i take 2 tablespoons of flax seeds and grind em in a coffee grinder i paid bout 20 bucks for and add that. add honey to sweeten some more.
coffee.. i know.. this is weird.. in a large cup (but not overyly large) two heaping tablespoons of maxwell house instant, 3 heaping tablespoons of brown sugar. very very strong and very very sweet. but i take about 4 hours sipping it finish it off.. btw.. check out flax seeds. supposed to be pretty good for you. makes the oatmeal have a slightly peanutty tastes which tastes good. takes me about 3 minutes start to end to do the oatmeal and i don't like to wait.. |
My daily breakfast for past 20+ years... couple BIG cup/mug of black coffee.
Wheaties.
They really don't help. But this box had my favorite baseball player on it. Roberto Clemente. I couldn't not buy it. |
For the past 2 weeks in the shipyard, it's been 1/2 cup of black coffee and go to work. Go directly to work. Do not pass the counter. Do not grab a doughnut.
Skip lunch, grab a fast, light supper, back to work, sack out, repeat. Git 'er done. |
same here - raisin nut bran is the one cereal I can eat every day without getting sick of it. |
nothing. I never really could do breakfast. I'm more of a lunch and dinner guy
This morning: Kaschi go lean crunch, this stuff is awesome health and tastes great. A weight watchers bagel, tasted sorta like cardboard, and black coffee
Today, 3 aspirin and a can of V8.
ETA: When SHEISLEGEND heard the snap of the can she called down to me from the bedroom and asked (in complete seriousness) if it was beer or V8. This was about 7 this AM. It's a workday for me. It was V8 but the fact that she asked this question at all is disturbing. I can be a rock star sometimes but I just didn’t realize this could be part of the image she has of me. |
nothing usually...
i just go pick up a venti cappucino and a "double shot" from starbucks next to my work, mix the 2 and im going till 10. |
