Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - How do you find out if a London UK Company is Legit?

I need some help. My wife is a model and has been offered a very attractive sum to do a fashion show in London. I am trying to find out if this company is legit and have not turned up anything on google. I'm not sure how to find this info. Does anyone out there have any idea how to verify the information?

Isnt this something your wifes agent is for?

And if they are footing the bill for her to come out - its probably legit.
