Yes you are, and don't worry about it. A good gooseneck mount works fine.

yeah i guess i am 60 bucks could have got me a A4 with carry handle

Gooseneck might work, -1 on the above handle mount. Too high up, and the sight tunnel obscures your vision of the front sight. Just swap out the A2 for an A3. They're $90 or so. Have someone with a barrel wrench swap it out for you. A decent gooseneck will run you about the same amount of money. |
