Oh, come on, you can cough up $25 for a membership.  You spend more than that for a trip to Applebee's.

ETA:  Even better, it's only $24.

The Team Forum isn't (OMG it has BOTD ), but the improved search and the archive is well worth $24.00.

If you don't have enough extra money to spare $24, then you definitely can't afford that house.

You are 21 years old.  Are you sure your money won't be better spent on clothes and your CD collection?

Notice the "study" next to the master bedroom.   Thats where it is.   Gonna put a large safe in there, and the room has two doors that shut so guests cant see in.  Gonna put a foos ball table in there too.

nice!  get the family room prewired for surround sound , cat 5, every bedroom and study prewired with cat 5 too, looks like the only wall to put the big screen agains is the family room/bedroom 3 wall unless you move the fireplace from the corner, I hate stuff in the corner

The foyer is wasted space.

Good idea getting started owning a home, but don't lay the crap on too heavy....$1.67 a month for Arfcom is just a drop in the bucket, one beer at dinner....

+ a lot

But if you do proceed with the house despite the need for a team membership, consider pushing the garage forward to give yourself a larger study, then add a door from the bedroom to the study.

And add a door on the right side of the the garage going out to the side yard.
