It was a fairly nice January Saturday, so we decided to grill!

Rachel Ray has nothing on Indiana J!  The side dish prep Drill Sargeant:


In the beginning there was MEAT:

Holey CRAP!  NO extra mag for the 1911, no rifle, no shotty, no tape measure and no stapler...

You are SOOOO in for it!

ETA:  At least that incredibly hot cook knows how to cook a steak properly!  AS stated earlier, no disrespect implied.

Yeah same thing in my house.  I'm not incredibly hot whatsoever though...  The woman likes to cook steaks almost as long as I would roast a turkey... ugh

I work for a food distributor so I can get whatever I want, but believe it or not, I got them at the local podunk grocer in Linton, Indiana.

1. Unless you like burned pepper, pepper your steaks after cooking them.   All pepper does is burn on the grill.  

2. Use Kosher salt instead of table salt.

No longer than they were on the grill, burnt pepper was not a problem.
