5-530.  I usually try to wait until 530 or 6 just in case they're not serving it yet.

We have no Jack in the Box here, and McD's opens for breakfast at 0600.  They've got the best coffee in town - straight Seattle's Best brand brew.  It's just like being back on Fort Lewis, grabbing a coffee after PT, and heading for work.  Good stuff.  Sometimes I get odd looks from the drive through people when I just want coffee, but I do enjoy the nostalgia that comes with each cup.

Personally, I'm a McDonald's Lunch/Dinner menu lover and I stopped into one of the local 24 hr restaurants at @ 2:30 am for cheeseburgers and they were serving breakfast only.    WTF!

I like Sonic's philosophy:  Full Menu Served All Day Long

Yeah, Sonic breakfast burritos kick ass. There's a Sonic right around the corner from my work, so I walked over there today to get one. Also, the assistant manager chickie-snack that brought my food out was reeaaally cute.
