Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - SBR process

Could someone give me a quick rundown of the process of getting an SBR lower? How much time are we talking? Is it better to just order the whole rifle so I don't have to worry about buffer problems?  Isn't there a website where I can download/request the form and send it in?
