That sucks, I was wondering what the hell all that stuff was when I was doing my taxes, never had to answer anything about the AMT last year when I did them. That $9.95 on TurboTax kicks ass. I was a little pissed when I wrote off my new vehicle that I bought didn't increase my return at all though. |

My employees won't be able to get the W-2s until I get them via FedEx tomorrow. HR Management has small rewards like that, just logged into Ceridian at 12, since that's when the program opens up for me after processing the benefits and stuff and viewed my W-2

It won't ask you about the AMT - it's automatic. I discovered it as I added more deductions - and my refund didn't change at all. I'd add deductions, the AMT would add more tax.

probably same as I could have had my refund back if I had got on the ball and dropped stuff off last week. W2's came mid last week, drop off at tax place, e-file and rapid refund. Sure you lose a little of the money you get back, but hey you get it quicker.  and no I won't be getting a rapid refund. |
