thats true, the initial differences come quickly...then its a long steep hill to peak effeciency.

Fatbody??? Maybe it's just the treadmill thing I can walk the hill's hunting I can drag a deer a long way but this F'ing tread mill I'll never touch it again............... |

My husband Nordic Tracks 4 nights a week for 90 minutes each on fairly high levels [he starts out low and works at the top knotch for about 15 minutes and then works down] with that said when he first got his machine [about 10 years ago] he started on the lowest level for 3 minutes too.
